Welcome to Livable Housing Solutions
Livable Housing Solutions is a local Fraser Coast SDA approved housing specialist with a passion for providing quality homes for those with various needs. As a family owned and run company, we value those within our community and our goal is to help as many people as possible to find a suitable supportive home.
We aim to help participants and service providers meet their housing needs as easy as possible. At LHS we have a range of SDA homes designs to suit most blocks and can be made to suit each level of support as required.
When choosing land, consideration is taken with the location of our house and land packages, ie; size of the block, proximity to shops, parks and hospitals. We can also offer house only packages for those who already have land ready to build on.
The team at LHS have a strong sense of community and love being involved with various events to show support to the locals around us. Rally for a Cause is one organisation close to our hearts and our team has been involved in Dunga Derby for many years.

What is SDA?
SDA stands for Specialist Disability Accommodation and is for those who require specialist housing to assist with support of the participant and cater to the impairment and/or high support requirements the individual may need. SDA homes allow participants to live with more independence and freedom.
Approved SDA participants with extreme functional impairment and/or very high support needs can be eligible for government funding under their NDIS plan.
